Sandy has had many affiliations with the Palm Springs and Palm Desert Board of Realtors, as a member of the Education Committee, Professional Standards, Long Range Planning, and Nominating Committees, and Chairman of the Education Committee and Co-Chairman of Budget and Finance, Treasurer, and recipient of Realtor of the Year award.

Emily has been a member of the Desert Association of Realtors for over 20 years.  In 2008 Emily was proudly awarded the designation of “Realtor of The Year. Emily has always believed that through education comes success. By furthering her knowledge she has qualified for the following designations; CRS, GRI, SRES, E-Certified, and a Residential Income Specialist and if that isn’t enough she holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.

Beginning his real estate sales career in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1983, he maintained top producer status through ever changing cycles of the real estate market. From 1986 to 1992, as co-owner of Innovation Associates, a real estate consulting firm, he developed and conducted training courses for thousands of real estate professionals throughout California. Training our newest Managing Brokers and collaborating with our 7 highly experienced Brokers, he also works closely with Windermere Education in the development and implementation of our training courses.
